Revelation 14

When I last spoke, we were in Revelation chapter 13. We studied the relationship to come between the dragon, the beast, and the second beast, also known as the “false prophet”. We learned that the earth's believers were killed at that time, and those left on earth submitted to receive the mark of the beast. Now we are moving into the seven final outpourings of the wrath of God. Even in death, believers are promised the peace of God, but in these next few chapters, we will see how the wrath of God is promised to unbelievers. In spite of the horrific things to come on the earth, millions will still reject a personal relationship with the God who made them. The division between these two groups is spoken of as a “harvest.” The godly will be gathered in. The wicked will be gathered, but they will be gathered to spend eternity apart from God.
